Shipment Containers Apartments

The client is a US organization, based in Florida, focusing on creating temporary housing for vulnerable people, using shipping containers. They already had some existing concepts of accommodation units, however, their brief was for a much larger scheme concept, that could be used for several different site's configuration. The proposal seeks to create a core module of containers, that could be multiplied to adapt to the various potential sites. Each module has 4 storeys and organized in a way to avoid the traditional staggering, maximizing the exterior areas as an extension of the interior, creating interstitial voids.
