VK House Extension

I was appointed to develop a dormer extension, along with internal alterations. The client is keen to refurbish the property and upgrade it, in order to rent it. There was a previous planning permission in place, however the client wanted to pursue a different design. The proposal mimics the already built property's dormer on the other side of the road, with a contemporary glazed roof extension.
