I was approached after several unsuccessful planning attempts to get permission to build on this vacant site. The site lays between an old fabric of two to three storey terraced houses along with some commercial buildings and more recent blocks of flats with 4 to 5 storeys. The proposed scheme is built for the market of first owners and professionals. The intention is to make the best use of the available area, whilst introducing a sense of community, with several communal living areas across the buildings.
