The brief was to divide the client's plot in 3 parts, each one with a detached house, being the one facing the main road, for the client's use and the others to sell. The proposal seeks to use a traditional shape and materials for the external shell, avoiding a negative dissonance within its context. Internally, the spaces are more fluid and brighter and organic.
